IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

What to expect from a surf lesson
We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before class starts so we can check you in. It takes us 5 minutes to put on the wetsuit and head to the beach, where your instructor will start with an introductory class on land to explain basic techniques (pad handling, stand up) and safety in the water. Then, we’ll paddle out to the surf zone and start working to find your first wave! The remaining time of the class will be spent surfing more waves, improving technique, learning all about surf etiquette and ocean knowledge. All classes will be tailored to your skill level.

Who will be my instructor?
Your instructor will be an experienced member of our team. All are certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation and IPDJ and highly qualified to provide high quality surf instruction for all levels.
